GTX type

GTX type xipuli seals are the result of further development of lip seals. It combines the advantages of high elastic star ring and lip seal material wear resistance. This special seal is mainly used for heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders due to its special structure and assembly of the star ring. This star ring ensures the pre-compression of the sealing lip under low pressure or vacuum conditions. The sealing force is basically independent of temperature changes, and even if a certain degree of wear occurs, it will be guaranteed. The necessary amount of pre-compression, the lip is loaded by the increase in system pressure, and this system pressure is transmitted to the lip through the compressed and deformed star ring.

Scope of application:
Working pressure: ≤ 40Mpa (peak value up to 100Mpa)
Working temperature: -35 ~ 120C
Installation: Note that the seal has an axial clearance. In order to avoid damaging the sealing lip during installation, do not pull the seal on the sharp edge. Generally, this type of seal is installed in a closed groove. For the case of limit diameter and limit cross section, when the structure does not allow open groove type, installation aids should be used.
