GTO type

GTO type xipuli seals are the result of further development of lip seals. It combines the advantages of high elastic O-ring and lip seal material wear resistance. This special seal is mainly used for heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder due to its special structure and assembled O-ring. This O-ring ensures the pre-compression of the sealing lip under low pressure or vacuum conditions. The sealing force is basically independent of the change of temperature, and even if a certain degree of wear occurs, the necessary pre-compression will be ensured. The lip is loaded due to the increase of system pressure, this system pressure is transmitted to the lip through the compressed O-ring.

Scope of application:
Working pressure: ≤ 40Mpa (peak value up to 100Mpa)
Operating temperature: -35 ~ 120C Installation: Note that the seal has an axial gap. In order to avoid damaging the sealing lip during installation, do not pull the seal on the sharp edge. Usually, this type of seal is installed in a closed groove. For the case of limit diameter and limit cross section, when the structure does not allow open groove type, installation auxiliary tools should be used.
