Type FA

The function of the FA xipuli' dust ring is to prevent dust, dirt, sand or fines from entering. This can be achieved through a special design, which can greatly protect the guide element and extend the service life of the seal. No ring head screws or brackets are required for installation, strict tolerances are not required, and metal inserts are not required. It is very easy to fit into the groove. Pressure on the back of the seal should be avoided.

Scope of application:

FA type dust ring is used for the axial control rod, plunger, piston rod of hydraulic cylinder and air cylinder.

Working temperature: -35 ~ 100C

Surface speed: ≤ 2 m/s.

Installation: FA type dust ring is easy to install and the structure is quite simple. In the single groove, the dust ring lip should be prevented from contacting the piston rod eye or other connecting parts. The dust ring is preferably installed outside the housing, so that the dirt is easily removed.

Material: XA-2092 is a high-performance nano-polyurethane material independently developed by xipuli °. Compared with other polyurethane materials currently on the market, it has better high and low temperature resistance, enhanced hydrolysis resistance and small compression deformation.
