The function of A1 type dust ring is to prevent dust, dirt, sand or fines from entering. This can be achieved by a special design, which can greatly protect the guide part and extend the service life of the seal. The A5 dust ring does not require ring screws or brackets for its installation. There is no need for tight tolerances and no need for metal inserts. The dust ring is supplied as a continuous ring and is easy to fit into the groove. Pressure on the back of the seal should be avoided.

Scope of application:

Type A1 dust ring is used for the axial control rod, plunger, piston rod of hydraulic cylinder and air cylinder.

Working temperature: -35~100 ℃

Surface speed: ≤ 2 m/s

Installation: The A1 type xipuli dust ring is easy to fit into a groove with a fairly simple structure. Avoid contact between the dust ring lip and the piston rod eye or other connecting parts. However, the dust ring is installed outside the housing to keep out the dirt. Easy to clear.

Material: The standard material is XA- -3092.
