DKB Type

DKB type xipuli9 dust ring is used to prevent dust, dirt, sand and metal chips from entering the oil cylinder and reduce the risk of scratches caused by external pollutants sneaking into sliding components. Good dust-proof effect can be achieved through special design of dust ring lip. DKB type has been proved to have the characteristics of strong wear resistance, small deformation and resistance to external mechanical impact. The outer diameter of the sealing groove and the metal interference fit can be used to prevent. The dust ring is securely fitted in place in the axially formed groove. It is installed in the groove DH8 to form a reliable tight fit. Contact between the dust ring lip and the piston rod eye or other connecting elements should be avoided.

Material: XA- -2092 is a high-performance nano-polyurethane material independently developed by xipuli. Compared with other polyurethane materials currently on the market, it has better high and low temperature resistance, enhanced hydrolysis resistance and small compression deformation.
