DKI type dust ring because of its special shape can prevent dust, dirt, sand, and the invasion of metal chips, to a large extent can prevent scratches, protect the metal sliding surface, the working life of the seal can be extended. The interference diameter during installation ensures a tight fit and prevents the intrusion of external particles from the outer diameter.

Scope of application:

Working temperature: -35~100 ℃

Surface speed: ≤ 2 m/s

Mainly used for dustproof seal on heavy duty walking machinery.

Installation: DKI type dust ring has a slightly larger outer diameter, which can ensure a reliable tight fit when installed in the DH8 groove. Contact between the lip of the dust ring and the hole of the piston rod or other connecting parts should be avoided.
