DWI type

DWI xipuli dustproof ring is used to prevent dust, dirt, sand and metal chips from entering the oil cylinder and reduce the risk of scratches caused by external pollutants sneaking into sliding elements. Good dustproof effect can be achieved through special design of dustproof ring lip. DWI has been proved to have the characteristics of strong wear resistance, small deformation and resistance to external mechanical impact. By means of the interference fit between the outer diameter of the sealing groove and the metal, the dust collar can be firmly installed in the appropriate position where the groove is formed in the axial direction. Fit flush, all lips are highly protective against damage caused by external causes.

The DWI type dustproof is a suitable cylinder head sealing device from an engineering point of view.

Installation: The outer diameter of DWI type dust ring is slightly larger to ensure that it is installed in the groove DH8 to form a reliable tight fit. Contact between the dust ring lip and the piston rod eyelet or other connecting elements should be avoided.

Materials: XA-2092 is a high-performance nano-polyurethane material independently developed by xipuli, which is in line with the current market. Compared with other polyester materials sold on the market, its high and low temperature resistance is better, the hydrolysis resistance is enhanced, and the compression deformation is small.
