GHP type

The function of GHP dust ring is to prevent dust, dirt, sand and metal chips from entering. Through special design, it can prevent dust and scratches, protect the guiding elements, and extend the service life of the seals. The diameter of the interference ensures that the seal fits tightly into the groove, thereby preventing the ingress of foreign particles and moisture.

GHP type dust ring provides a closed cavity for the cylinder body without screws and frames, strict tolerances and metal inserts, preventing possible corrosion like metal skeleton dust rings, and grooves without strict tolerances.

Scope of application:

GHP type dust ring is used on the axial control rod, plunger and shaft sleeve of hydraulic cylinder and air cylinder.

Working temperature: -35- 100 ℃

Surface speed: ≤ 2 m/s

Installation: GHP type xipulif dust ring is easy to fit into the groove, should avoid the dust ring lip contact with the piston rod hole or other connecting elements, dust ring lip should be installed outside the shell to facilitate dirt removal.
