GK type xipuli piston hole seals are generally interchangeable with the sealing grooves of Taiwan Dingji D-1, NOK OSI and ODI piston hole seals.

This type of seal can usually be fitted into a closed groove. When restricted at the entrance, special installation tools may be used.
