Pneumatic seal EL type

EL type has a dual function of pneumatic piston rod seal/dust ring, EL is designed for small cylinder and valve design, compared with other traditional seals, it has the following advantages:

The lubricated gas, after initial lubrication, may be applied in a dry gas or a non-lubricated gas.
Material: for the Shore A hardness of 85 degrees of nitrile rubber. Special materials shall be used for high or low temperature applications.
Installation: The self-positioning EL type pneumatic seal/dust ring can be easily inserted into the groove before the piston is installed in the cylinder. Note that the seal and dust collar lip cannot be damaged by sharp edges during installation. Initial lubrication during assembly is important to maintain a long service life.
