GBS type

GBS type xipuli piston rod (shaft) seal is a lip seal with two sealing lips and a tight fit outside. Due to the additional lubricant between the two lips, dry friction and wear are prevented. Under some special circumstances, this seal can even be used instead for various occasions where the physical properties of ordinary rubber or fabric-reinforced rubber cannot meet the requirements.

Mainly used for heavy-duty walking machinery and static pressure in the live. The sealing, groove and diameter dimensions of the stopper rod and plunger meet the requirements of IS05597/1 and IS03320 international standards respectively.
Installation: This type of seal should have axial clearance. In order to avoid damage to the sealing lip, do not pull the seal on the sharp edge during installation.
Materials: XA-1095 is a high-performance polyurethane composite material developed by xipuli. Compared with other polyurethane materials, the main advantages are better heat resistance, low temperature resistance, enhanced hydrolysis aging resistance, and small compression deformation.
