KDAS type

The combination seal for the piston hole of the KDAS type xipuli consists of three parts. An elastic seal, two support rings, two guide rings.

Main advantages:
●The guiding and sealing function is realized by the seal itself in a small space
● Suitable for use in mineral oil, HFA fluid, HFB and HFC fire resistant hydraulic fluids (temperature 60C)

● Short length, integral piston installation
● The special geometry of the elastic element allows installation without twisting in the groove

Working pressure: ≤ 40Mpa
Working temperature: -35 ~ 100C
Surface speed: ≤ 0.5 m/s
This type of seal is used in industrial and mobile equipment in the press drive cylinder, support cylinder and working cylinder in the double work.
Use the piston on.
Installation: Remove the sharp edges and burrs in the installation area of the seal, and install the seal in the following sequence: "Elastic Part-Retaining Ring-Guide Ring. Pay attention to ensure that the contact point (gap) between the guide ring and the retaining ring is configured to the position of the" cross "fork.
Material: Shore hardness 80A high temperature abrasion resistant MBR compound, high strength abrasion resistant polyurethane rubber and thermoplastic.
